Stonegrill is an exciting new dining experience! Our cut of meat or seafood is presented to you on a heated lava rock. The high temperature sears in the juices and the flavour; some of our favourites are the Gold Miners Chicken: Tender kebabs of chicken breast, glazed with our own special marinade, served with Country Fries, Green Salad and Satay Sauce -Yummo!

For all you real Cowboys and Cowgirls you can’t go past The Surcingle Fillet: 200 Grams of tender juicy full of flavour Prime Angus Fillet, wrapped in Bacon, served with Stampede Potatoes, a Crisp Green Salad & you choice of sauces. Ranch Favorites is a must try: From The Chargrill all our steaks are Prime New Zealand Angus Beef & served with a Side Kick Salad & a choice of Stampede Potatoes, Country or Shoestring Fries. Grilled to perfection as you enjoy a wine, beer or beverage.

For desserts, delight in our handmade desserts made by our ranch hands: Bunkhouse Apple Pie: Homemade apple pie warm from the oven, in a pool of Anglaise sauce, with vanilla bean ice cream & whipped cream or indulge in the Dark Canyon Chocolate Tart: a slice of decadent rich chocolate & pear tart, served with vanilla bean ice cream & a lashing of whipped cream.
